When someone opens your booking page, their browser time zone is detected and the slots are displayed in that zone. A guest in London and a guest in Phoenix each see the same underlying availability, but shown in the time that makes sense to them. They can also change the time zone manually if they are booking on behalf of someone elsewhere.
