Our Story So Far

    Scheduling Got Expensive

    Every scheduler in this category works roughly the same way, and then meters the parts you use every day: video links, a second calendar, the API, lead routing.

  2. The Decision

    Stop Metering The Basics

    Appntmnts.io was built so that a booking page, two-way calendar sync, Google Meet and Microsoft Teams links, and the REST API are on every plan, including the free one.

    What Ships Right Now

    Booking pages, Google, Outlook, iCloud and CalDAV sync, automated email confirmations and reminders, SMS reminders on paid plans, round-robin and collective team events, routing forms, embeds, Stripe payments, SSO and SCIM, and a documented REST API.

  4. Next

    What Is Honestly Not Done

    The Zapier integration is built but not yet listed in the Zapier directory, and per-tenant SMS message templates are not editable yet. Both are labelled Coming Soon across this site rather than counted as features.

Your Calendar Is Not A Product

Calendar data is read to protect your availability and write your bookings. It is never sold, never used for advertising, and never used to train a model.

Your Money Stays Yours

Payments run through your own Stripe account via Stripe Connect. We do not sit in the middle of what your clients pay you.

No Fabricated Proof

There are no invented testimonials, star ratings, customer counts or logo walls on this site. When there are real ones, they will be attributed.

Open By Default

The REST API is on every plan, booking pages embed anywhere with one iframe, and your data is yours to export.
