Appntmnts syncs two-way with Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook, Apple iCloud, and any standard CalDAV server. It reads your busy times so guests only see slots you are genuinely free, and writes each confirmed booking back to your calendar.
Google Meet and Microsoft Teams links are created automatically from your own connected account, on every plan including Free. There is nothing extra to buy and no separate video subscription.
Yes, on paid plans. You connect your own Stripe account and Appntmnts collects payment at the moment of booking, so the session is confirmed and funded before it starts.

Why Appntmnts Asks For Calendar Access
When you connect a Google account, Appntmnts requests permission to read your calendar and to create events on it. We read your existing events only to find which times you are busy, so a guest is never offered a slot you are already booked for. We create an event when a booking is confirmed, so the meeting appears on your calendar with the guest and any meeting link.
Appntmnts does not read the contents of your emails, does not sell or share your calendar data, and uses Google user data only to provide the scheduling features described on this page. You can disconnect at any time from your account settings, which revokes our access.
