The terms that govern your use of Appntmnts and its scheduling tools.
Use of the Service
Appntmnts is appointment scheduling software. It lets you share a booking link, connect your Google, Outlook, or Apple calendar, and let people book time with you automatically, with confirmations and reminders sent for you. You agree to use your account and booking pages lawfully, and not to disrupt the platform, send spam through it, or attempt to access data that is not yours.
Accounts & Plans
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your login secure. Paid plans, trial periods, and plan limits are described at signup and in your account, and may change with reasonable notice.
Payments & Billing
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance for the interval you choose. Where you use Appntmnts to collect payments from your own booking guests, those charges are processed through your connected Stripe account and are subject to Stripe's terms.
Cancellations & Refunds
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account, and it stays active through the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
Availability & Liability
We work to keep the service reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. You remain responsible for confirming your own availability, meeting details, and communication with the people who book with you.
SMS Appointment Reminders
Program name: Appntmnts Appointment Reminders. If you tick the reminder box when booking and provide a mobile number, we send you text reminders about that appointment only. Message frequency: up to 2 messages per booking. Message and data rates may apply. We never sell your number and never send marketing texts through this program. For help, reply HELP to any message, contact us at https://appntmnts.io/contact, or email [email protected]. To stop receiving texts, reply STOP to any message; you will be unsubscribed immediately and no further texts will be sent. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
