Every account gets a public booking page at appntmnts.io/your-username plus a ready-to-use 30 Minute Meeting.
Your personal booking page is the public front door to your availability. It lives at appntmnts.io/your-username and lists every published event type you offer. Guests land here, choose the type of meeting they want, pick a time, and book, all without needing an account of their own.
Your Username And URL
Your username is the last part of your booking link. Pick something short and recognizable, since it appears everywhere you share your page. You can change it from your account settings, and your existing links will always point to your current username.
The Default 30 Minute Meeting
To save you from starting at an empty page, every new account is created with a 30 Minute Meeting event type already set up. It is fully editable, so you can:
- Rename it and rewrite its description.
- Change the duration to whatever you need.
- Set the location, whether that is a video call, phone, or in person.
- Add intake questions and choose how it is paid for.
You are never limited to one event type. Add as many as you like for different kinds of meetings, and each gets its own bookable link.
