Team scheduling is available on the Teams plan and lets more than one person share the booking load. Instead of every teammate managing their own link in isolation, you can create event types that draw on the whole team's availability.
Round-Robin
Round-robin event types distribute bookings across your team members automatically. When a guest books, the meeting is assigned to an available teammate, which spreads incoming meetings fairly and keeps any one person from being overloaded. This is ideal for sales calls or support sessions where any qualified person can take the meeting.
Collective
Collective event types are for meetings where several team members attend together. Appntmnts only offers slots where everyone required is free, so the guest picks a time that works for the whole group at once, with no back-and-forth to line up calendars.
Getting Set Up
Upgrade to the Teams plan, add your team members, and create a round-robin or collective event type. Availability is pulled from each member's connected schedule, so bookings always respect everyone's real hours.
