Collect payment by card at checkout, or accept cash and offline payment with Pay In Person and Pay Later.
Once a paid event type is set up, Appntmnts handles collection according to the payment mode you chose. You decide whether guests pay online at the moment of booking or settle up another way.
Card Payment At Checkout
Set the event type to Card and connect your Stripe account. Guests see the price, enter their card, and are charged as they confirm the booking. The meeting is only booked once payment succeeds, and the funds land in your Stripe account.
Offline And Cash Options
Not every booking should be paid online. Two modes let you confirm the booking now and collect later:
- Pay In Person. Ideal for cash or a card reader at an in-person appointment. The guest pays when they arrive.
- Pay Later. Confirm the booking and arrange payment separately, for example by sending an invoice.
You can offer different modes on different event types, so a paid consultation can require a card while a workshop is settled in person.
