How It Works
Connect your Google or Microsoft Outlook calendar, then set an event type location to Google Meet or Microsoft Teams. When a guest books, the meeting is written to your calendar and the join link is generated on your own account and included in the confirmation and reminder emails.
What You Need
- A connected Google or Microsoft account. Connecting a calendar is free on every plan.
- A paid plan for automatic link generation.
Using A Different Video Tool
Prefer another provider? Set the event type location to Custom and paste your own meeting link. It is included in every booking confirmation exactly the same way, on any plan.
