Hatha Yoga

Slow-paced foundational yoga focusing on alignment and breath. Perfect for beginners and anyone seeking a mindful, grounding practice.

Vinyasa Flow

Yin & Restorative

Mat Pilates

Core-focused Pilates on the mat -- no equipment needed. Improves posture, stability and full-body strength in every 50-minute session.

Meditation & Breathwork

Classes run seven days a week with morning, midday and evening slots. Drop-ins are always welcome -- just arrive five minutes early to get settled.
