Serenity Path was founded by caregivers who believe that how we accompany people through the end of life defines who we are as a community.
Our story
Serenity Path Hospice was founded in Phoenix in 2005 by a registered nurse who had watched families navigate end-of-life care without adequate support. She believed that dying at home -- surrounded by love -- should be an option for every family, and that the medical system should make it easier, not harder.
Today our interdisciplinary team includes registered nurses, licensed social workers, certified home health aides, chaplains, and bereavement counselors. We serve families across the greater Phoenix metro area, and we still answer the phone ourselves -- day or night.
What guides us
We believe every person deserves to be seen, heard, and cared for with profound respect -- regardless of diagnosis, background, or belief.
We treat the whole person, not just the illness. Medical comfort, emotional wellbeing, and spiritual peace are equal parts of our mission.
We never lose sight of the families surrounding our patients. Their grief, their questions, and their exhaustion matter deeply to us.
Our nurses and aides are specially trained in palliative and end-of-life care. We hold ourselves to the highest standards of safety and skill.
Where we serve
We provide in-home hospice and palliative care to patients throughout Maricopa County and surrounding communities.
