A century of impartial justice, public service, and accessible courts for every resident of Mesquite County.
Our history
The Mesquite County Superior Court was established in 1912 as one of Arizona's earliest county courts. From a single courtroom in the original Saguaro Falls county building, the court has grown to serve a diverse and expanding community across eight court divisions.
Today, the court handles thousands of cases annually — from civil disputes and family matters to criminal proceedings and traffic citations — providing every resident with fair and impartial access to the justice system.
Our principles
Every matter before the court is decided on the law and the facts — without favor, bias, or outside influence.
Court proceedings and records are open to the public. Transparency is the foundation of public trust in the justice system.
ADA-compliant facilities, interpreter services, and the Self-Help Center ensure justice is reachable for every resident.
For over a century, the Mesquite County Superior Court has served as the cornerstone of the county's legal and civic life.
Jurisdiction
The Mesquite County Superior Court serves all incorporated and unincorporated communities within the county boundaries.
