Align Spine & Wellness was founded in 2012 by Dr. Elena Ramirez, DC, with a simple conviction: Phoenix deserved a chiropractic clinic that combined genuine compassion with rigorous clinical practice. Starting with a single treatment room on 7th Street, the clinic grew through word of mouth — one pain-free patient at a time.
