Our story
Mesa Ledger was founded in 2009 by Sandra Ruiz, a former controller who left corporate finance to help the small businesses she saw struggling with bookkeeping chaos. She had watched too many capable owners lose track of their own cash flow -- not because they were bad at business, but because the books were a mess.
Today our team serves over 350 East Valley businesses across industries including construction, retail, food service, healthcare, and professional services. We are still headquartered in Mesa, still answer the phone ourselves, and still believe clean books are the foundation of every healthy business.
