A family bakery built on patience, good butter, and a belief that fresh is always worth it.
Our story
Flour & Honey started in 2009 when Rosa Delgado began selling sourdough loaves at the Central Phoenix Farmers Market. The lines got so long her husband Miguel had to quit his day job just to help bake. By 2012, they signed a lease on McDowell Road and haven't looked back.
Fifteen years later the ethos is exactly the same -- bake everything from scratch, use real ingredients, and make sure every customer feels like a regular. Our kids grew up in this shop. Yours will too.
What we stand for
Everything we sell was baked that morning. If the croissants run out, they run out -- we don't pull from yesterday.
We source Arizona honey, seasonal citrus and local dairy whenever we can. Supporting our neighbors is part of the recipe.
Our sourdough starter is older than most of our staff. The brioche formula comes from a grandmother's notebook. We don't mess with what works.
Birthdays, weddings, Tuesday mornings -- there's no occasion too big or too small. Come in for a single cookie or order a five-tier cake.
